Oldfieldadjacent to Bousheyand Olsen provide red fruit and freshness, while the Rocks gives pepper, funk, smoke, depth, and structure. Les Collines provides a world class base for the wine. Aged 18 months in neutral barrel; about 50% whole cluster.
