Thierry Germain Domaine des Roches Neuves Saumur Blanc Clos de l'Echelier 2019 Rest of World It is fresh and highly

It is fresh and highly elegant

Structured yet shows an ultra-fine texture

This impression of refinement is enhanced by the notably fine mousse supporting the middle weight flavors that culminate in a crisp

layers of wood and black plum skins

A bit too oxidative and less focused perhaps

Thierry Germain Domaine des Roches Neuves Saumur Blanc Clos de l'Echelier 2019 Rest of World It is fresh and highlyThe 2019 Saumur L'chelier opens with an aromatic, openly fruity and soft chalk bouquet with some lovely dashes of lemon juice and notes of flint stones. Round and elegant on the palate, this is an intense, vital and persistent mineral Saumur with textural qualities and a remarkably nervy and salty finish that reveals serious tannin grip and refreshing bitters of lemon juice. 92 Pts Wine Advocate
