These are velcro adapters that come with First Spear Male Tubes, that allow you to add Tube compatibility to your front plate bag. Velcro on adapter allows you to retain the rapid adjustablilty that you are used to with a regular velcro cummerbund, but allows the quick don and doff capability from First Spear Tubes. Note that 4" adapters will work perfectly well when matched to the 2" female Tubes
