Forty percent comes from bush vines planted in 1978 on decomposed granite in the Paardeberg, bringing elegance and precision. Thirty percent is from 1981 vines in the Polkadraai Hills on granite soils, adding breadth and yellow fruited depth. The final thirty percent is sourced from Piekenierskloof, where sandstone soils and vines
