Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne 2012 BALBLAIR HIGHLAND SCOTCH FRUITY ANDDESCRIPTION Taittinger Brut Rserve is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from over 35 different vineyards and vintages. This high proportion of Chardonnay, unique amongst non vintage champagnes, and a minimum ageing of 3 years in the cellars, where it reaches the peak of aromatic maturity, makes Taittinger Brut Rserve a delicately balanced champagne.
