Lucy Mahon oddbin and last for yearsThis is our Batch 6 Santoku knife, hand forged in Somerset by blacksmiths Jimmy and Joe and hand painted in London by Artist Lucy Mahon. HANDLE: Made out of scrap British Oak wood from a furniture maker in Camberwell, London. Lucy has painted two sides of each handle: a sunny side and a rainy side.
