"The Three Amigos" Pre 1963 The wall behind the Z06

The wall behind the Z06 was based on a very faded sign in Dallas advertising a defunct railroad named the Texas and Pacific

and I created the exact scene where that car was delivered new

“Original Delivery” was a commission for the owner of a 1972 Steel Cities gray Corvette with a red interior

”  Because it was THE place to cruise in the 50’s and 60’s

commissioned a painting of his cars

It had been a long time since I had used the human figure in my art, but the process of people judging Corvettes was a classic situation that I just couldnt pass up.
