Hundred Acre, Deep Time Kayli Size:6x750ml intense and lightly mineral-driven flavors

intense and lightly mineral-driven flavors that possess better depth if less mid-palate concentration than would be necessary to propel this to the next level

it is built on its minerality with very fine intensity to the medium weight plus flavors that also culminate in an impressively long but still quite compact finish

A completely backward but superbly complex nose displays layered aromas that run to game and underbrush as well as ripe red and dark berry fruit trimmed in a bit of wood toast that give way to rich

at least with a little air

but more should develop with a few years of keeping
