These agaves are harvested from the remote village of Las Milpas located high above San Dionisio Ocotopec, in Oaxaca, Mexico. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood fired copper stills. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Slate and minerals, balanced by tropical fruit and citrus notes. Palate: Rose petal florals, lavender, tarragon, and
