This short version hits around the lower hips. The combination of the ecru and navy pinstripes with the brown tortoise style round buttons is so fantastic. The fabric is a medium weight polyester that has a technical feel to it. It holds its shape and is a good shield against the wind and rain. It has a wonderful pointed collar
