Designed by Sauro DallAglio in partnership with IMS, this stainless steel disc features a thoughtful layout of micro perforations, minimal in the centre, radiating outward, to promote gentler, more uniform water dispersion across the coffee puck. This design reduces channelling and puck degradation, resulting in sweeter, more
