On the palate, the flavours lean towards a combination of melon and lime, complemented by mineral notes that add a savoury dimension. The wine has spent 15 months on lees, rounding it, coating the palate with a silky mouthfeel. This extended lees ageing contributes to a distinctive character and a finish with excellent length of flavour.
