Scotti's Original Springs Bourbon Whiskey - 750ml German Jalisco using 100% agaveA specially allocated bourbon not available year round. Aroma of dried plum, green apple, and subtle caramel with taste of dark chocolate , smoked leather , cinnamon , and vanilla. Medium to long finish with a lingering sense of crushed fresh rose petal. To augment the flavor , the bourbon was aged for one year in a new , charred American white oak barrel and then aged two years in a 4 year old Rittenhouse Rye barrel.
