Ardnamurchan Peated Sauternes Cask Highlands by independent bottler Hunter LaingDESCRIPTION Released in 2025, this limited edition follows on from last years popular Sauternes Cask Release. Produced from peated spirit distilled in 2018, matured in 29 ex bourbon casks for three years before being re racked into ex Sauternes barriques for an additional three and a half years. This is the first time Ardnamurchan has combined its peated spirit with Sauternes casks. 8,460 bottles produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and
