Yalumba FDR1A Cabernet Shiraz Varietal:Cabernet Shiraz malted creaminess and gentle oakIn 1974, we released one of our best Cabernet and Shiraz wines, ever. It was unceremoniously stamped FDR1A for Fine Dry Red and the bin code 1A. The small bottling became a legend in winemaking circles, accumulating a tree of three trophies and 21 gold medals at some of the most prominent and respected wine shows across Australia. In 2000, FDR1A was recreated and in 2004 it gained a distinctive point of difference with its 100% Eden Valley provenance.
