The taste is well balanced finishing fresh with plentiful dark fruits in the aftertaste

2018 Blanc de Blancs ‘Reserve’ grapes Tasting Notes by Tony Love100% Chardonnay. The wine was matured on lees for 6 years. A distinctly savoury and dry sparkling wine loaded with brioche, salted cashew, saline minerality, dried and fresh green apple, touches of cinnamon toast and some light nougat sweet savouriness. Beautiful, savoury sweet perfume in tow. Very complex and layered with vividly frisky bubbles. A serious and distinct sparkling wine with intensity at its heart. Tasting Notes by Mike Bennie Halliday
