North British 25 Year Old TBWC Batch 2 56.5% 50cl 1929 Linkwood 30 Year Old 1991So named after the railway company that serves the distillery, North British is the third largest grain distillery in Scotland. This 25 year old, bottled by That Boutique y Whisky Company, was distilled in Coffey stills corn and up to 20% malted barley making up the mash bill. Nose: Confectionary tropical scents. Foam bananas, desiccated coconut, pineapple and papaya. Palate: More tropical fruits on the palate, white chocolate and a little chilli
