The bouquet is seductive, opening with hints of overripe black fruit enhanced with complex reminiscences of mocha, dark chocolate, pepper and oak. On the palate it is full bodied with a smooth blend of tannins and a superb captivating finish. After harvesting, the bunches of grapes of all four varieties are left to dry and only in mid December are they pressed. After fermentation the wine is aged for 36 months in
