The Rapscallion pickup is an extended range humbucker

but the open nature of the 'H' style cover means that you won't loose too much off the high end

These were created after taking careful note of the construction of Adrian's pickups

These are made with mixed magnets

Vintage PJ Set Adrian Smith this set combines AlNiCo 3This set is made up of the bridge position Vintage J bass pickup, and the Vintage P bass pickup. These have been put together as a go to set as a drop in replacement for PJ style bass players. These have been voiced on the bass pickups which were in production during the 60's 70's, and are made using 42 AWG Plain Enamel copper wire, and AlNiCo 5 rod magnets. These only come in a 4 string version, and with black covers at present.
