The fruit's there too

with lovely fresh

I'd be watching those tannins soften with a few years bottle age

Recently I went on a little jolly to Austria and I have come back head over heels in love with Morillion AKA Chardonnay

An assault of pure pleasure on the senses

Domaine Bernard-Bonin, Bourgogne Blanc Initiales B.B 2022 Australia The fruit's there tooPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Chardonnay Vibe: Rich, Textural Bourgogne Blanc, but let's not kid ourselves, this punches WAY higher. This estate is making some of the best wines in the world, showing that the 'natural' way can craft truly the finest wines in the world. Already emotive and thought provoking, you could also hold onto this for a little while. I don't think I'd have the patience though. When things are this ON why wait? ABV: 13%
