Casa Emma Chianti Classico beer lustrous finish2018 Chianti Classico this is true cold climate, high elevation Sangiovese from a corner of the Castellina in Chianti Appellation. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and is aged for about a year in older tonneaux. Its classic and refined in expression, with ample fruit that is framed by a dusty, core of Tuscan earth. Excellent with grilled meat,although this has the elegance to enjoy on its own as the layers unfold.
