The 'INRI" plaque above the figure has no inscription

the figure is 9" tall including His upstretched arms (8 1/8" tall from head to toe)

One can fairly count on him being a student during the student uprisings, and yet his haircut might be considered the Royalist 'guillotine cut' or 'Titus', which was a fashion sported by those whose family or leaders met the guillotine in The Terror, c. 1770s.
