Orange Cauliflower Weight:350 - 500g A mix of our appleThe orange or "cheddar" cauliflower tastes slightly more sugary and creamier than its normal white cousin, but it can be successfully used in any recipe that calls for cauliflower. It's great when mashed, sauteed with potatoes, used as the base for soups, or roasted. Its flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and creamy. Delicious pureed in soup! Roasting is a popular thing to do with cauliflower although I do rather like it raw, sliced into salads. Serve
