Thor's Hammer Size:XL elderberry*The Thor's Hammer is such an awesome statement cut! This is a frenched beef shank so what you're getting is shank meat in addition to bone marrow packaged up in a way that makes for a pretty amazing presentation. Beef shank does best with low and slow cooking so we recommend tying the Thor's Hammer so it keeps it's shape and then either braising or smoking on the BBQ. It's hard to beat! Our grass fed and finished dry aged Thor's Hammers come vacuumed
