There are silversmith marks but I can't quite make them out

we're confident that is the case here

This is one of those and it depicts a wheel engraved rendering of the Chateau at Bade, Germany. Perhaps Egermann, but definitely Bohemian glass, this one is mostly cut to clear and trimmed out in bands of red on rim,
