These 40pt uncoated matte cards have two layers of your desired coloured paper stock sandwiched in between two enviro paper stocks

Both thicknesses and are treated with either a gloss or satin aqueous coating on both sides to seal in the ink and leave you with a semi-gloss or matte/dull finish
