Domaine Denis Bachelet, Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2018 Chillable Proof that rosato shouldn't just

Domaine Denis Bachelet, Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2018 Chillable Proof that rosato shouldn't justPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Pinot Noir Vibe: Impeccable Domaine Denis Bachelet is small but perfectly formed four hectares of pure Burgundian bliss. This cuvee comprises six parcels of vines, and some of it sees a touch of new oak. It's luscious and juicy, with fruit walking the tightrope between raspberries and black cherries, with chiselled tannins, rose petal florals and a meaty undertone. There's a lot going on here, and all of it's good. ABV:
