It is distilled twice through an Alambic pot still. Then, it ages for five years in stainless steel followed by three years in French oak barrels. At 137 proof, it is a powerhouse of flavors. Toasty, smoky, brown spices and vanilla with heat that is clean and tingly through the finish.
