Olivier Horiot, Champagne Brut Nature 'Sève' Blanc de Noirs 2019 Richer Dark fruited and earthyPlace: Champagne, France Grape: Pinot Noir Vibe: Elegant 100% Pinot from the 'en Barmont' vineyard. A more subtle bottling, this one creeps up on you rather than smacking you full force in the face. It doesn't lack for structure or character though, and the acidity is bang on, keeping things balanced and elegant. Classy stuff. ABV: 12%
