Teeling Small Batch Whiskey Producer_Gonzalez Byass collaborative farmersTeeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is produced with hand selected casks of grain and malt whiskey, initially fully aged in Ex Bourbon barrels then married together in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months. Corn grain brings a distinct sweetness whilst malted barley shows rich, roasted caramel toffee. Ex bourbon barrels impart vanilla and oak before blending in small batches and finishing in rum casks allow the whiskies to marry and take on a
