Bodegas Canopy - Ganadero Blanco tequilla Jones Signature London Dry GinFine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom: In 2018, Bodegas Canopy launched Ganadero Blanco, a young, unaged wine that is 90% Macabeo, 5% White Grenache and 5% Verdejo. This elegant and complex white wine, with a strong personality and character, is made with grapes from 25 year old vines that thrive at an altitude of 400 meters in Camarena (Toledo). Straw yellow color, clear and bright. Floral and grassy notes complemented by hints of red and white
