Belluard's 'Le Feu' was a blend, but this is a single plot bottling. Zippy and fresh, almost reminiscent of an excellent Loire Chenin, but with a character all its own ripe fruited, racy acidity, full bodied and with a lick of minerality to finish. Sheesh. ABV: 13%
