We will be making two personal Aroma Inhalers of your choice! They could be one for Stress Release to keep in your pocket, or one for Sinus sufferers to ease the pressure in ones head, or even one for bed time to make sleep come easily. We will be learning from 6 to 12 essential oils and their therapeutic properties to use in your blends. Class will be approximately 2
