but as the bird of Aphrodite

It looks very much like a stylized angel

It is in very good condition with two tiny hairlines to the enamel (visible under magnification)

This elegant pendant features purple enamel pansy with a diamond accent at its center

The piece measures 1. 4 inches form the top of the bail to bottom by 1. 1 inch wide. The locket is in good condition; however, the hinge is a bit wobbly when opened and there are a few minor dents on the reverse of the piece.
